These Terms govern your use of grandtheft.club and purchases from Grand Theft Club. The store is operated by OM FUSION LLC, Jacksonville, Florida, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: info@om-fusion.com.

Purchases and service providers

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our store policies. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your purchase is from OM FUSION LLC. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. We use Printify and its production partners to print and fulfill made-to-order products. These providers are not the seller under your purchase agreement with us.

Products and order information

Products are made to order. Review the product description, size chart, color, and selected options before ordering. Screen settings can cause colors to appear slightly different from the physical product. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

You must provide accurate payment, contact, and delivery information. Contact us promptly if any order details need correction.

Prices and payments

The price, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Customs charges may apply to international orders as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method.

We may correct listing errors and, subject to applicable law, decline or cancel orders because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or a material pricing error. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the cancelled portion promptly. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Production, shipping, and cancellation

Our Shipping Policy applies to production and delivery. Contact us as soon as possible about changes or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after production begins. This does not affect any return, cancellation, or refund right under our policies or applicable law, including rights arising from a shipping delay.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. You may request an ordinary return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection when the item meets that policy’s condition requirements. Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods are not restricted by ordinary return conditions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website for unlawful transactions, fraud, unauthorized access, or activities that interfere with its security or operation.

Intellectual property

Rights in original store content, where such rights exist, belong to OM FUSION LLC or the applicable rights holder. Third-party trademarks, names, characters, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce store artwork or third-party intellectual property.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information under its Consumer Privacy Policy, including, where applicable features are enabled, information used to provide services informed by interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Service providers may process information internationally. Shopify privacy choices are available at privacy.shopify.com.

Consumer rights and governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law
